Adhesive anchor strength
If an adhesive is installed in concrete less than 21 days old, is the capacity reduced for the life of the anchor? If so, why.

Concrete will gain its full strength in 21 days, And while designing anchor, It is considered on full concrete strength. However Concrete will fail once Loading in done to the application.

Its always recommended to use any post grouts after full curing of concrete
